So staple foods such as rice, corn and potatoes are . This is where most people start to have problems because these foods are the main elements of a typical diet.

It may seem that it would be difficult to manage a diet that contains no carbohydrates or carbs at all, but it just takes a little ingenuity to create new recipes that stick to the paleo way of thinking. Whole books have been published kitchen and there are dozens of great websites out there that are dedicated to eating paleo .
