There is no doubt that the oranges should be included in a balanced diet. However, not all foods are so digestible and beneficial to human health as an orange. The paleo diet is based on the fundamental principle that all the food you can eat, you should eat.
The typical modern Western diet has changed over time . In addition, some modern assumptions about what constitutes a healthy and nutritious diet and have been examined and refuted.
